Monthly Service Rates
(Beginning September 1, 2008)

WATER:

Residential (Based on metered water use):
$15.40 for first 3,000 gallons
$5.40 for each additional 1,000 gallons

Commercial and Multifamily (based on metered water use):
$15.40 for first 3,000 gallons
$5.40 for each additional 1,000 gallons

Industrial (based on metered water use):
$15.40 for first 3,000 gallons
$5.40 for each additional 1,000 gallons

AVAILABILITY FEES:
Residential: $1,000.00
Multifamily per unit: $800.00
Commercial: $4,000.00
Industrial: $4,000.00

CONNECTIONS FEES:
All customers: Cost plus 20% of all materials and labor to make actual connection

SEWER RATES

Residential (based on metered water use):
$20.00 for first 3,000 gallons
$7.25 for each additional 1,000 gallons

Commercial and Multifamily (based on metered water use):
$30.25 for first 4,000 gallons
$8.50 for each additional 1,000 gallons

Light industrial (no processed wastewater, based on metered water use):
$30.25 for first 4,000 gallons
$8.50 for each additional 1,000 gallons

Industrial (Discharging processed wastewater, based on metered water use):
$30.25 for first 4,000 gallons
$8.50 for each additional 1,000 gallons

Surcharge for BOD 5 or Total Suspended Solids exceeding 210 mg/1 (by agreement only):
$0.0073/1,000 gallons/mg/1 BOD 5 over 210
$0.0089/1,000 gallons/mg1 Total Suspended Solids over 210

Infiltration/inflow (by special agreement only):
$12.15 per 1,000 sq. ft. of contributing area

Unmetered customers with sewer only:
$20.00 for first bathroom
$7.25 for each additional bath or half bath

AVAILABILITY FEES:
Residential: $1,000.00
Multifamily per unit: $800.00
Commercial: $4,000.00
Industrial no processed wastewater: $4,000.00
Industrial with processed wastewater: $5,000.00
